It rests on four heavily turned legs, joined by an elegant X-shaped crossbar with flowing lines. The intersection of the crossbar is highlighted by a prominent turned motif topped with a small finial. The tabletop features a geometric design composed of assembled wood panels, framed by a wide molded border. Its straight edge and balanced proportions reinforce the piece’s sturdy and decorative character. This table, made in the late 19th century, draws on the design language of 17th-century French furniture. It can be used as a small dining table, a coffee table, or a large side table.
