The composition moves through layered shades of turquoise, emerald, sea-glass green, and deep cobalt. Repeated ringlike forms emerge across the atmospheric upper field, contrasted by a densely worked lower passage of sweeping impasto and layered material. Tiny clear beads embedded throughout portions of the green field catch the light, giving the surface a subtle shimmer and remarkable tactile depth. The luminous forms appearing against the deeper blue passage evoke a moment of emergence and discovery, beautifully reflecting the painting’s title.
