"Beyond the Weave" is a unique Raku ceramic work, entirely hand-sculpted and decorated by artist Stefania Zoppellaro. Life is represented as a weave of colors, symbolizing the contrasting emotions that accompany existence: love, tension, hope, and, at times, confusion. At the end of the earthly journey, the weave is enclosed by an octagon, symbolizing the passage from death to Resurrection, and then continues in the white light toward the infinity of eternal life, leaving open the mystery of what lies beyond.
The work won Third Prize at "Artisti d'Italia 2023" at the Villa Reale in Monza, with a presentation by Professor Vittorio Sgarbi. The photographs in the listing also include several pages from the official catalog bearing the original signatures of Professor Vittorio Sgarbi.
