"Intreccio di luce" (Weaving of Light) is a unique Raku ceramic work, entirely hand-molded and decorated by artist Stefania Zoppellaro. The cross is reinterpreted in a contemporary key through geometric shapes and a luminous weave.
Light is a symbol of salvation, life, happiness, and perfection, recalling the transcendence and presence of God in human history. At the center of the work, the traditional white of light is replaced by an intense blue directed toward infinity, alternating with the outer white of the drops of light. The composition evokes the words: "I am the light of the world."
The glazes containing silver nitrate, the crackle, and the chromatic variations produced by the Raku firing process make the surface unique and one-of-a-kind. The work is signed by the artist and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Signed by Maker,This piece has an attribution mark,
