The intertwining of the square, symbolizing humanity and the finite, and the circle, representing God and infinity, creates the octagon, a geometric shape traditionally associated with the divine. from this figure emerges the eight-pointed star, symbolizing divine light and the continuity of the cycle between life and death.

from the octagon, geometric lines extend outward, intersecting with the Greek abbreviation of the name of Jesus. The entire composition is enclosed by the circle, emblem of God and infinity.
