"An Essential Look" is a unique Raku ceramic work, entirely hand-molded and decorated by artist Stefania Zoppellaro. The cross, placed at the center of the composition, is reinterpreted in a contemporary key through a geometric interweaving of shapes and colors.
White represents light and purity, while black evokes the harshness and pain of existence. The blue of the geometric interweaving introduces a spiritual and contemplative dimension. The white eyes of the peacock symbolize the Resurrection and eternal life: the gaze of the risen Christ thus becomes a sign of hope that overcomes suffering.
The chromatic effects, crackle, and surface variations are achieved through the special Raku firing process, making this work unique. The work is signed by the artist and comes with a certificate of authenticity.,“Uno sguardo essenziale” è un’opera unica in ceramica Raku, interamente modellata e decorata a mano dall’artista Stefania Zoppellaro.
This piece has an attribution mark,
