Background is muted and atmospheric.

The painting itself is in good shape with no major tears, holes, or significant surface damage. The silver-tone wood frame has typical age-related wear: light scratches, some scuffs, minor chips and paint loss along the bottom edge, plus a few small surface marks. Ready to hang as-is.
