Its circular seat rests on three slanted legs, notable for their parallel-circle turning, typical of the Dudouyt style. The legs are finished with molded rings, lending the piece a sculptural and particularly original character. The simplicity of the seat contrasts with the highly graphic design of the base. This piece follows the tradition of rustic French furniture, while also featuring an almost brutalist aesthetic that allows it to blend seamlessly into both traditional and contemporary interiors. Its design also evokes the work of Charles Dudouyt, particularly through the use of solid wood, the emphasis on turned wood, and the deliberately robust character of the base.
