Crafted from thick iron rods in a basket form with scrolled ends. The grand table features an ornate, thick iron frame crafted with an oval shaped apron held up by elegantly curved supports with scrolled endings. The supporting columns are joined together by a two-tiered central stretcher with a lattice gallery frieze. The base is supported by curved legs ending in tight scroll volutes accented by acanthus leaf and ending with ball feet. The painted iron is finished in soft cream tones having a worn and weathered patina with age to provide the surface with a beautifully rich finish. A large oval glass top sits atop the iron frame. The grand table is crafted in an elegant Italian Regency style, well-suited for use indoors or outdoors. The glass top measures 0.75" thick. The frame measures 62" wide, 42" deep, and 29.75" tall. The table is very heavy and solid from an estate in Santa Barbara, CA.
