This rare and striking table lamp is a postmodern homage to the iconic L25 design (Schröder Lamp, 1925) by Dutch architect Gerrit Rietveld.
This re-edition, manufactured in Italy in the 1980s.
Unlike the minimalist original, this version features the characteristic primary colors red, blue, and yellow on a black background.
The lamp is distinguished by its high-quality, heavy iron construction. It bears no manufacturer's mark, but its original Italian Salcavi S.p.A. / IEMMEQU power cord identifies it as an Italian product from around 1989.
