Executed in rich satin-finished cobalt blue glass, the sculpture features beautifully sculpted frosted fins, applied ruby-red eye and playful lips, giving the fish a distinctive personality. The understated matte finish contrasts beautifully with the vibrant color and showcases the quality of the studio craftsmanship.

Unlike the studio's more commonly encountered vessels and perfume bottles, this sculptural fish is an uncommon form and makes an eye-catching display piece for collectors of American studio glass, coastal décor, or contemporary art glass.
