Small Louis-Philippe Chest of Drawers in Flamed Walnut – 19th Century
An elegant small Louis-Philippe period chest of drawers in walnut, opening with five drawers on the front.
It features a beautifully arranged flamed walnut with a book-like grain, offering a rich and particularly decorative pattern.
Its molded top with a corbelled edge, its rounded uprights, and its clean lines are characteristic of Louis-Philippe furniture from the first half of the 19th century. The drawers are fitted with their original locks and slide smoothly.
The drawer edges are highlighted with lemonwood marquetry.
The interiors are glazed.
