The set showcases the expressive craftsmanship associated with mid-century Italian rattan furniture. Each armchair features a sculptural rounded silhouette with an enveloping woven back and arms, intricate braided edge detailing and gracefully curved rattan supports. The matching round table complements the chairs beautifully, with a generously woven upper surface, circular lower shelf and four elegantly splayed legs. The extensive handwoven construction and decorative wrapping throughout demonstrate the considerable craftsmanship involved in producing the set.
