It depicts a rural scene of old Atlanta, Ga back in the 1940's where Mr Scott grew up.

Mr. Lorenzo Scott was born in 1934 and at 92, is still making new work today. This piece is signed in the lower right corner and includes a handwritten price tag by the artist himself.
