Jean-Louis GREGOIRE (1840-1890) The Birdcatcher, bronze sculpture with a double patina: bronze for the body and brown for the rest. Green patina on the hat.
Signed L. Grégoire. Gilt bronze base with the inscription in a cartouche: "If you want to be spared, spare others too. La Fontaine." Height 68 cm.
Good overall condition, some wear to the patina in places. This piece has an attribution mark,
