The large cabinet on the upper left opens to reveal the built-in bar, with dedicated space for bottles and glassware tucked behind the broad sliding door. Below, tambour door compartments flank three center drawers fitted with Andersen's recessed circular pulls, while two pull-out serving shelves provide a convenient surface for preparing drinks or serving guests. A spacious lower cabinet with sliding doors offers additional concealed storage for dining pieces, books, or everyday essentials.
The cabinet has an easy rhythm. Broad planes of teak are balanced by the vertical lines of the tambour doors, while rounded corners soften what is otherwise a substantial architectural form. The warm teak shows varied grain throughout, with particularly expressive figure across the large sliding doors.
