More structured in silhouette, its form draws from classical European columns and the enduring beauty of architectural ornamentation.

Built on a wood frame and hand wrapped in papier mâché, the pedestal features inset rectangular panels framed by raised molding, and a stepped base that grounds the piece. Finished in a soft limewash, the surface carries the warmth and variation that only hand applied materials can achieve. The texture of the papier mâché and the movement within the finish ensure that no two are exactly alike, giving each piece a distinctly artisanal character.

Substantial in both scale and presence, the Beata is designed to function as more than a pedestal. It becomes part of the architecture of the room itself. Pair with a Page House vessel for a complete moment. See less
