Gerli, active with Tecno for over three decades, is best known for the S83 chair and the Graphis office system he co-developed with Borsani; his case pieces from the same period carry the same disciplined, architectural language, reduced to essential volumes and continuous surfaces.

The sideboard is finished in glossy black lacquer across a six-door front, each door fitted with a slender cylindrical knob in polished chrome-plated metal — a hardware detail typical of Tecno’s production and consistent with the brand’s preference for minimal, technical fittings over ornamental handles.
