The warm teak veneer flows seamlessly across the side panels and drawer fronts, ensuring the piece maintains a balanced appearance from every angle. The original plastic handles with a chrome finish give the cabinet a distinctive accent characteristic of Scandinavian design from this period. The cabinet features five spacious drawers constructed with dovetail joints, a design detail that underscores the quality of the furniture. The top drawer is fitted with a lock and comes with the matching original key. The chest of drawers has been fully restored in our workshop. The wood has been carefully cleaned, locally repaired, and refinished with high-quality furniture oil, allowing the warm color and natural grain of the teak to come fully to life once again. Despite undergoing the same restoration as the other drawers, the middle drawer has retained a slightly different color tone. This is a characteristic of the original material and forms part of the furniture's character. The original recessed plinth creates a subtle, floating appearance and enhances the sleek design of the cabinet. Thanks to its practical dimensions, this is a versatile piece of furniture that fits effortlessly in a bedroom, living room, hallway, or home office. Like all our wooden furniture, this chest of drawers has been carefully restored in our own workshop.
