An elegant English mahogany shaving cabinet, dating from the first half of the 19th century (circa 1825-1845).
This refined piece rests on four tapered legs ending in brass sabots and original casters. It opens with two side doors providing ample surface space, as well as three drawers in the front. The bottom drawer still contains its original earthenware basin.
The top features a circular recess for the basin, along with two compartments for toiletries. A brass carrying handle is located on each side.
Highly decorative, this cabinet would be a perfect addition to a bedroom, bathroom, or any classic or contemporary interior.
