This small Louis XVI style giltwood console table displays an elegance where the white Carrara marble top contrasts with the luminosity of the gilding. The frieze is adorned with delicate motifs such as ribbons, leaves, small garlands, a torch, and a quiver. The fluted, slightly tapered legs give the piece a straight and balanced appearance, while a curved stretcher connects the base and highlights a flamboyant vase.
