Mid Century Brass Table Lamp By Hala Circa 1950s Brass stem - Adjustable Aluminium shade - Takes E27 fitting bulbs - Original grey paint - On/Off switch on the base - Produced by Hannoversche Lampenfabrik - German ~ 1950s - 45cm wide x 47cm tall x 45cm deep Hala The brand Hala was founded in Hannover in 1920 and is an abbreviation of Hannoversche Lampenfabrik, their first factory was located on Wilhelmstr in Hannover and then later relocated to Helmkestr in Hannover in 1941. The company produced workstation and office lamps as well as making lamps for sewing machines, the company closed in 1950. Condition Report Fully re wired with modern electrical components, some light patina to the brass surface and the original paint but overall very good condition
