Up for sale is a beautiful, authentic piece of mid-to-late 20th-century Japanese porcelain. This large serving bowl features vibrant hand-painted floral designs on the interior, framed by an elegant scalloped border. The upper inner rim is decorated with a traditional blue and white geometric manji-tsunagi pattern, and the exterior base boasts a striking blue-and-white radial leaf design (Sometsuke style).
The bottom of the bowl features the authentic blue hand-painted underglaze signature for the Kozan Kiln (幸山窯), a well-regarded producer of quality Arita and Imari tablewares.
