A loose bouquet of daisies, delphinium, roses, and pansies spills from a white pitcher, rendered in confident, sculptural strokes of blue, cream, magenta, and gold against a sunny yellow-green ground.

Beich is best known for her impressionist paintings of children and figures, so a bold, textural floral still life like this one is a bit of a change of pace within her body of work — collectors of her figural pieces may especially appreciate seeing this range.
