This marvelous vintage 1969 National Model RS 280S made in Japan is powered by AC power cable which is included, as well as microphone. AM/FM radio reception and output are normal. There is normal cassette playback, fast forward, rewind and pause are confirmed. Although untested, assume microphone and record are working. All switches function normally. Balance, volume, bass, treble, and other switches are all normal. Volume levels are good. Left and right VU meters work. Counter in working order. Please note that none of the internal components have been replaced. Outside front and sides of cabinet are in excellent vintage condition. Back has light scratches, commensurate with age and use. This unit is sold as is, in good working condition. Display shelf not included. This marvelous vintage FM/AM radio with cassette player is the perfect addition to your audio collection!
Audio Controls: Independent volume and tone controls for left and right channels, plus a stereo/mono output switch and AFC (Automatic Frequency Control).
Displays: Dual VU meters and five input source indicators (phono, tape, FM, FM stereo, and AM).
Connections: Rear panel includes microphone, auxiliary input, phono, line-out jacks, external speaker connections, and an antenna hookup, alongside a headphone jack on the front.
