The fluted twist onyx beads in this necklace are uniform, saturated, brightly black, and deep, with a bright glass shine.
The color is authentic and natural. No thermal or other mechanical treatments were used. The onyx beads are very high quality.
This necklace alternates 2mm tiny seed glass Czech beads.

The necklace is fastened with a fabulous vintage clasp from before 1940. This clasp is the perfect "little black dress." The black glass is beveled to offer textural interest. The panels are set in sterling silver and join with a secure hook. The clasp measures 50mm from loop to loop and 14mm at its widest point.

The weight of the necklace is 81 grams.
