This is a set of five rimmed soup or cereal bowls by John Aynsley and Sons in pattern number 5683 with raised enamel details. But there is some color variation from bowl to bowl. Two have a bird that is blue and pink. One has a bird that is dark blue, pink and yellow and two others have a lighter blue pink and yellow bird. The bowls have a scalloped edge with a brown patterned rim. Two have a dark brown rim and three have a light brown rim. Many of the designs inside the bowl are slightly raised as shown.
Each bowl measures just short of 7.75 inches across and they are 1.50 inches tall.
Other than the color variation-There are no chips, cracks, or other damage. All bowls are marked with an Aynsley mark and a leadless glaze mark. Some are also marked Marshall Fields and have an item number on them.
