Superb practical piece of mid century storage by the czech maker up zavody and designed by frantisek mezulanik. Czech was a large producer of high quality mid century furniture following the surge of modernism originated by the bauhaus school. The main cabinet is made from well figured birch with a contrasting interior. The whole cabinet is beautifully made sitting on dark sapele pin legs. Our workshop has gently restored the cabinet so all doors open and close well and the cabinet is in exceptional original condition. Internal dimensions: l56 w90 h138 all in cm workshop report: our workshop team inspect every product and carry out any needed repairs to ensure that everything leaves us serviced and maintained ready for many more years of life. All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.
