Designed by Carlo Bartoli, this iconic chair was conceived in 1970 and introduced to the market in 1974. It quickly achieved international recognition for its innovative construction, timeless design, and affordable production.

At the time of its release, it was the first chair in the world to employ this pioneering manufacturing technique, marking a significant milestone in industrial furniture design.
Manufactured from highly durable polypropylene, the chair offers excellent impact and weather resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
The design received a nomination for the prestigious Compasso d'Oro Award in 1979. Since 2000, it has been included in the permanent collections of the Centre Pompidou in Paris and the Kartell Museum in Milan, underscoring its importance in the history of modern industrial design.
