This offset lithograph print - titled "Wash Art '79" - is custom framed in a burgundy mat (that matches the tones in the painting), plexiglass and a high quality silver metal frame, with hanging wire on the back. The scene depicts balloon-carrying people in the gardens in front of the iconic red brick building (also known as the Smithsonian Castle) with red balloons flying up into the blue sky. “SPM 1979” n the bottom right corner.
