We have three of these sets of door handles available to purchase individually which include handles for each side of a door. The price is per set.

Made from large slabs of hand blown amber glass which is textured in places and with intentional inclusions, air bubbles and natural imperfections from the manufacturing process. Each one is slightly individual.

The fixings are covered by chromed disks and screw together via a central threaded bar.

Originally these would have been installed on glass doors but the hardware can easily be adapted for use on thicker, wooden or metal doors with a longer piece of threaded bar.

Although extremely functional items, they are hugely decorative, sculptural items in their own right.

Originating from France and dating from the 1960s period.

They are all in good vintage condition, with wear commensurate with age and use, including surface scratches and minor chips. There are no serious defects. Due to the original glass manufacturing process—which features intentional textured irregularities, air bubbles, and inclusions—it can be difficult to differentiate between minor wear and original manufacturing anomalies. However, because of this natural texture, any actual wear is well-hidden and not easily noticed.

Approximate measurements for each set: 38cm high x 18cm wide x 12cm deep. Each glass slab is approximately 2cm thick. See less
