Commonly featured in official Ferrari dealerships and executive client lounges, the whimsical design depicts a vintage racing mechanic’s polo shirt centered with the iconic Cavallino Rampante (Prancing Horse) shield badge.

Rendered in crisp white porcelain with vibrant red racing stripes along the sleeves, cobalt blue trim, and hand-piped rim details, this versatile piece serves as a striking catchall, desk valet, or statement accent for a study, library, or entry console.

Historical Note & Provenance:
During the 1980s and '90s, Ferrari launched Ferrari Idea S.A. to create high-end accessories for clients and dealership showrooms. Rather than producing mass merchandise, Ferrari partnered with esteemed Italian ceramic and porcelain houses—such as Ginori, Flavia, Bitossi, and Tognana—to craft these official pieces. Attributed to these premium Italian manufacturers, this jersey-motif ashtray is a classic crossover piece combining mid-century design charm with high-octane Italian motoring history. See less
