The figuring of the elm on this particular model no.366 is truly astonishing, the photos and video really cannot do it justice!
the inset oval handles of the cupboards open to reveal adjustable half shelves, with the right-hand side also fitted with a solid elm cutlery tidy, which sits on oak dowels and can be completely pulled out to set the dining table. The sideboard is raised on lovely spindle legs with a stretcher. The quality of this piece is evident in the detail, such as the beautifully sculptured handles, rounded corners and finger-joints.
the sideboard has been very well looked after and is in amazing condition, with the odd age-related mark as is to be expected for a piece over 75 years old - see last few images. On the inside of the right-hand cupboard door is the registration number and sign of the old ercol sticker.
