All 50 Cope's Golfers cigarette cards, framed together as a complete set, this is the kind of thing collectors spend years tracking down. Originally issued in 1900 by Cope Brothers & Co., each card of these nostalgia reprint in the 1970’s features a hand-painted illustration by the wonderfully named George Pipeshank, capturing famous golfers and historical figures of the sport with real Victorian personality. The set was professionally framed around 1980 and has spent its life quietly behind glass.
