This antique multi-drawer storage unit is a classic piece of 1920s American folk art upcycling made out of vintage wooden Kraft cheese and butter boxes.During the early-to-mid 20th century, general stores, mechanics, and homeowners regularly built these custom "apothecary-style" chests. They repurposed sturdy shipping crates from brands like Kraft (producers of Velveeta and processed cheese/butter bricks) to use as individual sliding storage drawers.
Has 24 drawers of storage. In original as found condition. Features class depression era knobs on each drawer. This has some wear from age. Please look at the pictures. Message with any questions.
