Birch frame with four drawers and turned wooden knobs. Tapered legs. Scandinavian production from the 1950s.
Made in Scandinavia in the 1950s, this chest of drawers is crafted from birch and features a compact structure characterized by four stacked drawers. The fronts are punctuated by circular turned wooden knobs, while the slightly projecting top and tapered legs recall some of the most recurring elements of postwar Nordic design. The natural grain of the birch is clearly visible on the surfaces and contributes to the authentic character of mid-20th-century Scandinavian production. Complete with key.
