Oak cabinet with sliding roller door, adjustable shelves, and black lacquered base. Scandinavian design, 1960s.
The compact design and interior configuration make this cabinet a testament to the pragmatic approach that characterized Scandinavian design of the 1960s. Crafted from oak, it features a sliding door with a recessed handle and an interior equipped with adjustable shelves, designed to accommodate a variety of storage needs. The contrast between the wooden body and the black metal base defines its visual identity, while the simple design reflects the quest for balance between functionality and build quality typical of Nordic production of the period.
