Both … Read more A set of two antique bentwood bistro chairs by Fischel Austria, dating from the early 20th century, circa 1900–1915. Both chairs retain their original Fischel Austria manufacturer's label beneath the seat.

Crafted from bent beechwood, the chairs feature embossed Art Nouveau-inspired decoration on both the backrests and seats. The decorative pressed motifs are characteristic of Fischel's early production and give the chairs a distinctive appearance while maintaining the functional design associated with traditional European café furniture.

The chairs remain in good antique condition with age-related wear, minor surface marks and light wear to the finish consistent with age and use. They are sturdy and ready for everyday use.
