Wonderful vintage Lounge Chair by Charles & Ray Eames from one of the first generations, bearing both the Herman Miller and Vitra labels.
Completely sold as a set with the matching ottoman, this design classic was created in 1956 at the request of Billy Wilder, who wanted a comfortable yet sophisticated and modern lounge chair.
- The chair swivels and is incredibly comfortable.
- Both the ottoman and chair are labeled (see photos).
- The wood is in very good condition - rosewood with certificate and original purchase invoice from 1981 - before the purchase was regulated.
- Invoice/documentation is available.
- The leather is also in very good condition. This piece has an attribution mark,
I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity
