The "Carl von Linné" series from the German manufacturer Tettau (Königlich privilegierte Porzellanfabrik Tettau), created specifically for the Swedish market in homage to the great naturalist Carl von Linné. This set includes eight different designs from the series (one of which is repeated to complete the nine-piece service), among them various hand-painted Nordic flowers, and the most special piece of all: the design featuring Carl von Linné's personal coat of arms and the motto "Fanam extensare factis," corresponding to the commemorative edition for the 200th anniversary of his death (1778–1978). The remaining pieces date from 1976–1982. The set comprises the following 28 pieces:
