The lamp was produced by the well-known company dřevo-humpolec and is a specific model designated as type 107/s. With its form and lightness, the lamp clearly belongs to the so-called "brussels style," which emerged from the phenomenal success of the czechoslovak exhibition at the expo 58 world fair in brussels and remains one of the most sought-after vintage items today.
