While unmarked, these sculptural chairs exemplify Papperzini's distinctive blend of neoclassical detailing and mid-century Italian design, with elegant lattice backs, hand-worked iron construction, ball finials, and gracefully curved stretchers.

Unlike many surviving examples that have been repainted or powder coated, this set retains its original finish with a beautifully aged patina developed over decades of use. The authentic surface wear, oxidation, and weathering enhance the character of the chairs and original examples like this are extremely rare.

Substantial in scale, weight, and exceptionally well made, the chairs are equally at home in a garden, terrace, or interior setting.

The chairs are structurally sound and present beautifully with age-appropriate wear consistent with their vintage condition.
