The specimen is mounted against an all-white recessed background with a beveled opening that frames the mineral formation almost like a three-dimensional portrait. The monochromatic presentation emphasizes the varying crystal structures, translucent points, natural texture, and subtle areas of warm mineral coloration within the specimen.

A warm silver-toned metallic shadow-box frame gives the piece a clean architectural presence while allowing the mineral to project forward from the background. The restrained white and metallic palette makes it especially versatile for contemporary, modern, organic-modern, minimalist, or neutral interiors.

The original Christopher Marley Pheromone identification label remains attached to the reverse, and the white mount bears his embossed signature at the lower right.

Condition statement

Excellent overall condition. The mineral specimen remains securely mounted and presents beautifully within the recessed white mount. The crystal formation retains its intricate natural structure, including the projecting translucent points, clustered formations, and small areas of naturally occurring warm coloration visible in the photographs.

The warm silver-toned metallic shadow-box frame and white interior show only minor signs of handling. The original identification label remains attached to the reverse, and Christopher Marley’s embossed signature is present at the lower right of the mount.

Natural fissures, irregular edges, mineral deposits, variations in coloration, and differences among the crystal formations are inherent characteristics of the specimen rather than condition issues. Please review all photographs closely. See less
