A striking console table featuring a honed Breccia marble top and a hand‑formed steel base by metalworker Jon Little. The Breccia surface reveals a painterly composition of reds, grays, creams, and ochres — a natural collage of fractured stone rejoined through time. The matte finish enhances the tactile quality of the stone and enhances the veining and the inclusions.
The base is individually shaped and welded, then powder‑coated in matte black to create a crisp contrast with the organic complexity of the marble. The rhythmic geometry of the steel rods gives the piece a sculptural presence, balancing strength and lightness. The finishes allow for it to be placed equally well within an entry or exposed to the elements in a garden room.
Designed and fabricated in Littlestown, Pennsylvania, this console is a singular work of studio craftsmanship.
