Vintage Mid-century Exquisitely Beautiful porcelain footed teacup and saucer set by Arnart Creation from Japan. It features an elegant Fragonard-style "courting couple" scene framed by rich emerald green and burgundy panels, detailed gold lattice accents, a stylized scroll handle, and a brilliant, heavy gold gilt interior finish.
• Excellent Vintage Condition: No chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. The gold interior and trim show stunning luster with minimal to no shelf wear.
The bottom of the piece retains its original blue and gold foil "Original Arnart Creation Japan" crown sticker.
Stamped in gold with the classic Imperial Vienna-style beehive mark and model/catalog number 55/516.
The saucer is five and three-quarter inches in diameter. The cup measures 3 1/4 inches in height the top of the cup without the handle measures 3 1/4 inches in diameter.
