This elegant French Provincial buffet à deux corps captures the warmth and timeless character of traditional French country furniture.
Crafted of solid oak in a beautifully aged bleached finish, the cabinet features graceful molded cornices, hand-carved fruit basket panels, floral and foliate carvings, paneled doors, original wrought iron hardware, and working locks complete with key. The upper cabinet retains its original cremone bolt locking mechanism, a classic feature found on quality French cabinetry.
The lower section offers two drawers above spacious shelved storage, while the upper cabinet provides generous display or pantry space behind beautifully paneled doors.
Its softly weathered finish showcases the natural oak grain while complementing French Country, European farmhouse, Belgian, Provence, English cottage, and transitional interiors.
