It is a … Read more This is a copy of Charles Darwin's "The Origin Of Species" published in 1875 by John Murray. It is a Sixth Edition, With Additions and Corrections (Fifteenth Thousand). It is in good to very good condition for a volume over 150 years old.

Boards are in good condition with slight bumping on the edges. The edges of the spine show some wear. On the side of the back board there are two slight bump indentation on the fore edge. Spine shows wear and some bumping to the top and bottom. Inner hinge after the free endpaper and page with title looks like it has separated but the hinge is in good condition and is attached. Same with the back hinge. Pages show some book toning but no foxing. This volume is a nice copy of the book.
