Eutrope Bouret (1833-1906) Young woman with a mandolin. Sculpture in bronze with a shaded brown patina. Beautiful quality of casting, fineness of the drapery.
19th century period.
Signed Bouret.
Born in Paris on April 16, 1833, died on October 5, 1906.
This artist exhibited at the Salon de la sculpture in Paris from 1875 to 1903. His works are mainly female subjects manufactured in bronze.
The museum of Meaux has a work entitled "the reader".
