Small Empire style silver plated cup in tripod athenienne shape, a French that refers to a small antique gueridon commonly used as a lavabo or console and very popular during the French Directoire and Empire. Triangular base with canted corners decorated with a water leave frieze and a rosette in the middle, supporting three clawed legs slightly curved and joined to the cup with applied palm leaves. Vegetal decoration on the cup with palm leaves and water leaves friezes in relief, adorned with pine cone pendant and three lions heads holding pulling rings.
