Antique offering bowl, or sugar bowl. Silver plated basket with handle on round ball feet and vine tendrils. The cut crystal glass insert in purple has seven standing tips reminiscent of a flower.
A stylish object from the Art Nouveau period. Handled bowl was probably used as a sugar bowl or a confection bowl. Metal basket hallmarked with 40.
